Alfa5 is the world’s largest XR Sports centre, which combines virtual reality experiences, video games and interactive gaming. The space is located in the eponymous Alfa5 sports complex, an iconic venue in Barcelona’s Poblenou neighbourhood, which has been renovated to accommodate the new centre’s needs, while still preserving its original essence and legacy.

Tickets are available at the venue. However, they may be sold out on the day, so we recommend booking your tickets in advance to ensure entry. You can buy tickets on the Fever app or website
Yes, you can transfer tickets to somebody else free of charge. Just click on “Transfer tickets” in the Fever app. You can contact the Fever team if you need further assistance (make sure to include your ticket order number).
You don’t need to print your ticket. When you arrive, you can find it in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app. Remember to log in using the same account you used to make your purchase. You will also find the QR code for your tickets in the purchase confirmation email.

Any lost property can be handed in to an Alfa5 staff member, and can be reclaimed at the ticket office at the entrance.

The experience is recommended for children aged 6 and over, although younger children are also welcome. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Audio guides are not available for this experience.
We will only allow access to groups of minors where there is one adult for every four children.
Yes, these groups must be accompanied, and the accompanying adults also need a ticket to access the venue.
When you arrive at Alfa5 with your ticket, we will give you a wristband. This will allow you to take part and play in all the experiences of the space.
Once inside Alfa5, you are given a wristband loaded with twenty ‘duros’ (tokens) to use to access each of the activities. In the same space you can check how many ‘duros’ you need for each one; you can also see the information for each of them in the XR Sports section of our website.
To access each experience, our staff will validate your wristband with the corresponding tokens and tell you how to proceed.
The wristband is for individual use only; it cannot be transferred. Each bracelet will be linked to a specific user in order to keep track of scores and ranks.
Yes, you need to access every time at the center with the same wristband.
The bracelet can only be linked to the user within the Alfa5. Once you have the bracelet, you’ll be able to do the linking (if the user has already been created beforehand). If you create your user once at the venue, you’ll be able to link it whenever you want, you’ll just need to ask our staff!
Yes, the user can keep the wristband. In fact, credits can remain on the wristband that can be used on future visits. Additionally, the wristband can be linked to your user profile, allowing you to access all your results, see badges earned, active missions, accumulated experience… If you don’t have a user account yet, you can create one HERE.
With the purchase of a ticket to Alfa5, twenty duros are automatically loaded onto each user’s wristband. Once at the venue, the wristband can be topped up as many times as desired with packs of 6 and 12 duros.
To take part in and play each Alfa5 experience you will need a certain amount of duros (tokens/credits). When you arrive at the centre, you will be able to check all the information on our information screens.
Yes, a user can transfer duros (in-game currency) to another. Our staff will tell you how to do it.
The ‘duros’ appear as a balance in each user’s profile. In order to check them, the user must create a profile and link it to the wristband.
You will be able to create your user profile on our website (login) once you have purchased your ticket online, or you can also do it when you arrive at the venue with the help of our staff.
When you access the Alfa5, our staff will link your user account with the wristband.
The Alfa5 user profile mainly serves to check scores, see each user’s accumulated experience and what level you’re at. You’ll also be able to use the user profile to discover new missions every month, as well as unlock badges. In addition, you’ll be able to take a look at the coins you have.
Score can be achieved in each of the activities. The sum of all the scores is converted into XP (experience), which can be viewed within the user profile. Additionally, thanks to the accumulated experience, you move up in level up to the highest one, ALPHA.Score can be achieved in each of the activities. Only users who have created a user profile on the website and have linked it to their wristband will be able to access and complete the missions. These missions will change throughout the year, pay attention to the ones that are active!
On each user’s profile, different badges that can be earned within Alfa5 will be visible. There are various types of badges that can be viewed on the user’s own profile.

Once you have purchased your ticket to Alfa5 through the Fever website, its app, or the venue’s box office, our staff will hand it to you.
With the FLIPASS you will be able to take part in 5 Alfa5 experiences. You will have four categories, and you will be able to choose one from each, and two from the last one of all. Each category has an assigned color (orange, green, blue and purple), you will be able to recognize it in the space and it will be indicated on the experiences.
With the FLIPASS card that you’ll receive at the ticket office, you’ll be able to choose 5 of the center’s experiences. If you want to add any more or do the complete Alfa5 adventure, there are options available only at the ticket office.
If you have an Alfa5 wristband, you’ll still be able to enter with your ticket, and we’ll give you a FLIPASS so you can experience the 5 activities you decide to do. If you have credit loaded onto your wristband, we’ll give you experiences for the equivalent value.
It is very important that you keep your FLIPASS under control at all times. In case of loss, you will have to acquire another one by purchasing another ticket.

The Ubae-Eurofitness Group was established on February 20, 1989 and was born as a non-profit, cultural, recreational and sports organization whose purpose is cultural and sports promotion, mirroring the European “Sport for all” movements. It includes 18 affiliated organizations that practice more than 30 sports, with more than 480 teams and a total of 14,000 athletes.
